Daniela has served as counsel to both borrowers and lenders in hundreds of lending transactions, including real estate financing, construction loans, asset-based and middle market lending, mezzanine loans and refinancings. Daniela started her career in the bank finance practice at White & Case, LLP before moving to the real estate group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she focused her practice on commercial lending. She co-authored the New Jersey chapters of the Second and Third Editions of the American Bar Association’s Commercial Lending Law guide.
