Daniela assists clients with forming new companies or subsidiaries, including preparation and filing of formation documents, drafting operating agreements and negotiating joint venture agreements. She also serves as "outside in-house counsel," assisting companies with daily operations, including the review and negotiation of commercial contracts, vendor agreements and other corporate matters.
